Standards of cooperation for education in Brazil: the sense of policy in Hannah Arendt

Resumo: Faced with the problem of lack of definition of federative cooperation for execution of educational services by the governments, the present article presents a reflection on the policy for the implementation of intergovernmental cooperation in the educational sphere, taking as analysis presupposition the relation between ethics, State, and society. To that end, we approach the arguments about the problem of collaboration definition as a reflection of the sense of ethics in the present, and of the void in the sense of politics, using the Arendtian philosophical thinking.

To that end, we approach the arguments about the problem of collaboration definition as a reflection of the sense of ethics in the present, and of the void in the sense of politics, using the Arendtian philosophical thinking.  Face au problème de l’absence de définition de la coopération fédérative pour l’exécution des services éducatifs par les gouvernements, cet article présente des réflexions sur la politique de mise en œuvre de la coopération intergouvernementale dans le domaine de l’éducation, fondées sur l’analyse des relations entre éthique, État et société. À cette fin, nous abordons les arguments concernant le problème de la définition de la collaboration en tant que reflet du sens de l'éthique dans le présent et du vide au sens politique en utilisant la pensée philosophique arendtienne.  Diante da problemática de indefinição da cooperação federativa para execução dos serviços educacionais pelos governos, o pressente artigo apresenta reflexões sobre a política para implementação da cooperação intergovernamental no âmbito educacional, tomado como pressuposto de análise a relação entre ética, Estado e sociedade.
