Connection between the teaching-learning process in the accountability career and the different stages in the life cicle of the professors related to this career.

This article reveals the connection between the teaching–learning process in the accountability career and the different stages in the life cycle of the professors related to this career. The objective of this article is to stand the relevance of the variable ̈ Professional Life Cycle ̈, just to sense in a higher degree the present problems in the teaching –learning process. It also suggests that methodological strategies are sadly lacking in the first stages which prevents how to face them eventually. The sample comprised 574 professors of this career from different universities in Brazil. A descriptive statistical method as wells as the Kruskal -Wallis test to assess the connection between the major problems within the process under analysis which includes five (5) stages in the life cycle of the professors related to this career. It was evidenced that all problems within the process, tend to affect in a higher degree those who are in the first stage of the life cycle.
