Resumo: In this text,we intend to have a dialogue about the movement in Ethnomathematics, based in experiences from the year 2008, by the de FederalUniversity of Uberlândia (UFU). It is intendedto highlight the potential of Ethnomathematics Program, presenting facts and data of research groups of the UFU, as a result of dialogue and actions initiated by the question: "how the Ethnomathematics can do arise elements that can contribute to the formation of the professor and researcher in education (mathematics) and the processes of empowerment of people and social groups? It was about elements of education, teaching and social practices that can be in terms of Ethnomathematics Program re-signified.In this process, the exchange of experiences, the opening to knowledge and to the decolonizer curriculum, provide a new view to the world and your diversity, causing new discussions in Ethnomathematics in spaces for reflection and action on FederalUniversity of Uberlândia.

Su objetivo es resaltar las producciones y potencialidades del Programa de Investigación Etnomatemática, presentando hechos y datos de grupos de investigación de la UFU, como resultado de diálogos y acciones iniciadas por la pregunta: "¿Cómo pueden surgir elementos de Etnomatemática que puedan contribuir a ¿La formación de docentes e investigadores en educación (Matemáticas) y los procesos de empoderamiento de personas y grupos sociales? ¿Hubo evidencia sobre la educación, la enseñanza y las prácticas sociales que puedan resignificarse desde la perspectiva del Programa de Investigación de Etnomatemáticas? Es de destacar que el intercambio de experiencias, la apertura al conocimiento y el plan de estudios descolonizador, proporcionan una nueva mirada al mundo y su diversidad, provocando nuevas discusiones en Etnomatemática en los espacios de reflexión y acción en la Universidad Federal de Uberlândia.Neste texto pretende-se dialogar acerca do movimento em Etnomatemática, tendo por base experiências vivenciadas a partir do ano de 2008, junto à Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU). Pretende-se evidenciar as produções e potencialidades do Programa de Pesquisa Etnomatemática, apresentando fatos e dados de grupos de pesquisa da UFU, como resultado de diálogos e ações iniciados pelas questão: "De que modo a Etnomatemática pode fazer emergir elementos que podem contribuir para a formação do professor e do pesquisador em Educação (Matemática) e os processos de empoderamento de pessoas e grupos sociais? Evidenciou-se elementos acerca da educação, da docência e de práticas socias que podem ser ressignificadas na perspectiva do Programa de Pesquisa Etnomatemática.
