Resumo: This article explores wage inequalities by sexual orientation for the racial minority in Brazil. From the 2010 Demographic Census, we apply the decomposition of Oaxaca-Blinder and quantile regressions. We show the superiority of the salaries of homosexuals, white and non-white, in relation to heterosexuals, largely explained by productive characteristics. However, there is positive discrimination by homoaffective orientation, directed towards white homosexuals. Despite the lower inequality by sexual orientation at the lower quantiles of the wage distribution, non-white homosexuals receive less benefit from homosexuality at these lower salary levels.
