Resumo: The present study it had as objective main to identify the tax form that allows a greater economy in a small company of medical services, in Ituiutaba - MG, in 2015 to 2017. The research presents descriptive objective with qualitative boarding, deductive method and its procedures use the case study. The related studies brings some contributions in the quarrel on planning tributary. The comparative analysis the raised data allowed to point analyzed situation the Simples Nacional one if presented as regimen of taxation that namely allowed to greater fiscal economy in detriment of excessively tax forms analyzed: Real, Presumido and Arbitrado, beyond the analysis necessity continuous and personalized tax, improving the importance of tax planning as a management tool.

Para tanto, a pesquisa apresenta objetivo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, método dedutivo e seus procedimentos utilizam o estudo de caso. O referido estudo traz algumas contribuições na discussão sobre planejamento tributário.
