Método: A pesquisa baseou-se apenas no registro das falas espontâneas nos momentos: acolhimento, registro, aplicação da vacina e aprazamento no cartão do adulto e nas orientações pós vacinal. E estas falas foram agrupadas conforme o escrutínio estruturantes como os substantivos de complementaridade: prevenção, obrigação, desculpa, importância e incoerência. Os objetivos foram: analisar a resistência/negação à vacinação de adultos trabalhadores através de questionário estruturado e conhecer e avaliar os termos estruturantes das entrevistas como os substantivos de complementaridade: prevenção, obrigação, desculpa, importância e incoerência. Resultado: A semelhança das frases anotadas que desde os primórdios da revolta da vacina, o indivíduo se mantém na defensiva será mesmo necessário ser vacinado, sempre questionador dos resultados sobre seu corpo se vai responder a imunização, é nossa função, como equipe de enfermagem, desmistificar e orientar sobre seus questionamentos, informando, orientando sempre. Conclusão: Conclui-se que através do tempo o indivíduo se mantém esquivo e relutante sobre se deixar vacinar, mantendo uma conduta de rejeição e dúvidas sobre a real função da vacina.Introduction: The advance of the vaccination process in the field of science came with a macabre reality, a high mortality rate in the world population in the pre-industrialization period and the posture, reaction, defense, incommunicability of the individual in the face of the situation of immunization was observed complaints and feelings in expressions. Method: The research was based only on the recording of spontaneous speeches in the following moments: reception, registration, application of the vaccine and scheduling in the adult card and in the post-vaccination guidelines. And these statements were grouped according to structuring scrutiny as the nouns of complementarity: prevention, obligation, excuse, importance and inconsistency. The objectives were: to analyze the resistance/denial to vaccination of working adults through a structured questionnaire and to know and evaluate the structuring terms of the interviews as the nouns of complementarity: prevention, obligation, excuse, importance and inconsistency. Result: Similar to the phrases noted that since the beginning of the vaccine revolt, the individual remains on the defensive, it will even be necessary to be vaccinated, always questioning the results on his body if he will respond to immunization, it is our function, as a nursing team, demystify and guide your questions, always informing, guiding.
