Resumo: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the admissibility and merit reports of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, in order to identify patterns in the situation of revictimization of women victims of sexual violence during their trials, that is, through the practice of the judiciary of the States. The cases analyzed in this work present situations in which the violence occurred exclusively because the victim is female. The final objective of this research, which uses qualitative data analysis, is to identify the behavior pattern of the judiciary, and how they conducted the judicial processes internally in a way that resulted in the complaint in the Inter-American Human Rights System. Based on case studies, it was possible to bring to light the state's tolerance of violence against women, the revictimization of women and girls, and the inertia of the investigative bodies.

Os casos sob análise deste trabalho apresentam situações em que a violência ocorreu exclusivamente porque a vítima é do sexo feminino. O objetivo final desta pesquisa, que se utiliza de análise de dados qualitativos, é identificar o padrão de comportamento dos judiciários, e como conduziram os processos judiciais internamente de maneira em que resultou na denúncia no Sistema Interamericano de Direitos Humanos.
