The departure in services in institutions linked to the federal public administration is legally provided for in Law No. 8,112, of December 11, 1990, which provides for the legal regime for civil servants in the Union, autarchies and federal public foundations. In addition, in the case of university education institutions linked to the Ministry of Education (MEC), such as the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), the granting of per diems and tickets has an internal regulation established by Ordinance. Ordinance Nº. 204, of February 6, 2020 of MEC determined that all institutions linked to the Ministry should regulate the matter in an internal provision. From this, it is intended to carry out a study on the regulation of per diems and tickets at UFU, and to analyze controversial issues that persist in a gap on the subject. It is intended to deal with the possibility of waiving indemnities as available rights, granting them to servers with positions as drivers, granting accommodation and the possibility of cumulating them with daily rates, receiving indemnities after the event of the trip, and regulating the type of transport own vehicle on official trips.
