Caderneta de saúde do(a) adolescente: uma contribuição na educação para a sexualidade?

Resumo: This research was developed in the Graduate Program in Education, from Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU, on line research on Mathematics and Science Education. The following guiding questions were: What think children/teenagers about teenagers\'s health booklet distributed in schools participating in the School Health Program - PSE? What is the effect of information health booklet on the life of children/adolescents and to the work of the Science teacher in the classroom? What students/children/teenagers from elementary public school participating in the PSE Program, presents about sexuality? In this way, we sought to develop this research toidentify how the School Health Program, through the teenagers\' s health booklet, contributes to education for sexuality. For this we aimed to find outwhat children/teenagers think about the about the teenagers\' s health booklet distributed in schools participating in the School Health Program PSE, we sought to know the effect of information booklet in the life of children/teenagers and the work of the Science teacher in the classroom, and rose what students/children/adolescents in elementary education at public schools that participate in the PSE program know about sexuality. The book, one of the sources of the research, was constituted as one of public policy actions destined at teenagers\'s life (with emphasis on training for sexuality) of the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Ministry of Education in Brazil and materials aims to support boys and girls in what the official organs responsible for their production style of phase changes and own discoveries of adolescence. It is well known that learning in school reinforces the cultural markers in individuals, determining what is and is not acceptable in their conduct. Meet the discourses and practices involved in the act of teaching is fundamental so that they can recognize the cultural and theoretical trademarks of training in order to provide the acquisition of new knowledge and the reshaping of actions.The theoretical foundation is guided centrally, in studies of sexuality, gender and education and in perspective of discourse and sexuality from the works of Michel Foucault. From methodological point of view, the study is inserted within the framework of qualitative research in education, and conducted the survey of information through reading and analysis of the booklet, the use of questionnaires and focus group targeted to elementary school students and interviews with Science teachers from two public schools in Uberlândia/MG. In general, from the speech of the subjects of this research and analysis of the booklet, comes to the conclusion that the booklet focuses on promoting health and sexuality in this material is treated, more specifically, in the biomedical optics, which emphasizes prevention and care. In his statements and images are provided speeches of self-care and gender identity that frame, discipline, regulate and mediate the bodies and behaviors of the subjects.

As questões orientadoras da pesquisa foram: O que pensam crianças/adolescentes a respeito da Caderneta de Saúde do/a Adolescente distribuída nas escolas participantes do Programa Saúde na Escola PSE? Qual o efeito das informações da caderneta na vida das crianças/adolescentes e para o trabalho em sala de aula? O que alunos/crianças/adolescentes do ensino fundamental de escola pública municipal, participantes do Programa PSE, apresentam sobre sexualidade? Desse modo, buscou-se no desenvolvimento dessa pesquisa identificar de que forma a Caderneta de Saúde do/a Adolescente, no contexto do Programa Saúde na Escola, contribui na educação para a sexualidade. Para isso objetivou-se saber o que crianças/adolescentes pensam a respeito da Caderneta de Saúde do/a Adolescente distribuída nas escolas participantes do Programa Saúde na Escola PSE; conhecer o efeito das informações da caderneta na vida das crianças/adolescentes e para o trabalho do/a professor/a de Ciências em sala de aula; levantar-se o que alunos/crianças/adolescentes do ensino fundamental de escolas públicas municipais, participantes do Programa PSE apresentam sobre sexualidade. A caderneta, uma das fontes da pesquisa, constitui-se como material de uma das ações de política pública voltada para a vida do adolescente (com atenção à formação para a sexualidade) do Ministério da Saúde, em parceira com o Ministério da Educação no Brasil, e objetiva apoiar meninos e meninas naquilo que os órgãos oficiais responsáveis por sua produção denominam de fase de mudanças e descobertas próprias da adolescência. É sabido que a aprendizagem na escola reforça as marcas culturais nos indivíduos, determinando o que é e o que não é aceitável em suas condutas. Conhecer os discursos e as práticas envolvidas no ato de educar é fundamental para que se possam reconhecer as marcas culturais e teóricas da formação, de maneira a proporcionar a aquisição de novos saberes e a reformulação de ações. A fundamentação teórica pauta-se, centralmente, nos estudos de sexualidade, gênero e educação e na perspectiva de discurso e sexualidade a partir das obras de Michel Foucault. Do ponto de vista metodológico, o estudo insere-se no quadro das pesquisas qualitativas em educação, e o levantamento de informações foi realizado por meio da leitura e análise da caderneta, de aplicação de questionários e grupo focal direcionados aos alunos/as do ensino fundamental e de entrevistas com professoras de Ciências de duas escolas da rede municipal da cidade de Uberlândia/MG. De modo geral, a partir das falas dos sujeitos desta pesquisa e análise da caderneta, chega-se à conclusão de que a caderneta tem como foco a promoção de saúde e que a sexualidade nesse material é tratada, mais especificamente, sob a ótica biomédica, que prioriza a prevenção e os cuidados.
