Resumo: | This research aims to: Analyze the absenteeism of nursing professionals in a federal public hospital in the Minas Gerais triangle region It is a documentary, retrospective research, with quantitative and descriptive analysis, referring to the period from January 2016 to December 2016. There were 627 sick leaves, involving 350 employees who totaled 9449 days of leave. Attestations with or over three days were evaluated. There was a predominance of the auxiliary nursing category (95.14%), and women, with a mean age of 31 to 40 years. The night shift showed a greater number of certificates (36.52%), short-term licenses, up to 15 days with (74.64%). Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, with (19,13%) of total absence due to diseases, Mental and behavioral disorders, with (15,94%), and Injuries, poisonings and some other consequences of external causes with 11.64%). The departures generated 1.79 certificates, on average. The frequency index (IF) was 0.7 departures per server / year. Severity Index (IG) of 11 days lost per employee / year. The percentage of absenteeism (PA) was (8.9%) per employee / year. The average length of absences (DMA) in days per certificate resulted in 15. In relation to the sectors the FI of the following groups predominated: Plastic sector and burned with the highest FI = 1.8 of the total number of employees in the sector per year, followed by Surgical 3 with IF = 1.7 and Surgical 5 with IF = 1.5. In relation to the GI, the sectors that obtained the most prevalence were: Plastic and burned with IG = 28.4 followed by Surgical 3 with GI = 26.3 and Clinical Medical with GI = 23.8, referring to the days of removal in relation to the quantitative of employees per sector per year. Regarding PA, the following emerged with the sectors: Transplant with PA = 26, Plastic and burned with PA = 12.4 and Surgical 3 with PA = 12.4 respectively. DMA occurred predominantly in the following sectors: transplantation with AMD = 30.9, gynecology and obstetrics with AMD = 18.6 and medical clinic with AMD = 17.9. The results identified the departures according to the categories, genders, work shifts. Based on these data the organs responsible for occupational health can elaborate specific programs of health of the server. This study also pointed out the need for more in - depth studies on sickness and made it possible to identify gaps in the records of these departures by the responsible sectors. They established the causal link between the illness of the servants and the environment and the organization of work, including the distinction between occupational diseases and those that have no relation to work. |
