The present work has as theme the Specialized Educational Service (AEE) in Uberlândia (MG), having as target audience the students with disabilities, the students with developmental global disorders and students with high skills / super endowment. Has as objective investigate the functioning of (AEE) in two schools in the municipal network of Uberlândia, in order to analyze what is said in the law with what exists in schools, accompanying the work of teachers and the development of the students. The methodology used was based on half structured interviews, being performed held with three teachers of the area and three students, having as a result of the difficulty in obtaining multifunction equipment and materials of stationery for teaching with more quality, lack of support from some parents and also the lack of specialist doctors and psychologists at school to help teachers and the family of the student. After participating in the AEE developed students, instead of a necessary help from specialized teachers.
