With the advent of new technologies and the digital environment, media and means converge, enabling an increasingly integrated scenario. In this way, transmedia emerges as a resource to enrich stories, take advantage of multiplatform tools and encourage public engagement in areas such as journalism, which has undergone profound changes to adapt to the new media configuration. This work, based on the analytical model by Gambarato, Alzamora and Tárcia (2020) and the Interpretative Analysis, studies how transmedia happens in the telejournalism of local broadcasters in Uberlândia, MG. The objective of the research was to answer questions linked to the ways in which transmedia telejournalism is done at TV Paranaíba and TV Integração and what are the elements used in this dynamic. Progress was observed with regard to the use of transmedia in television news, mainly in terms of interaction and use of multiplatforms, but there are difficulties in expanding the content. With this result, it also contributes to the literature on local and daily transmedia telejournalism.
