The aim of study was to determine how rectal and superficial temperatures of adult and young pigs in the morning and afternoon. To do this, use young animals from nurseries and multiparous and nulliparous. The samples were collected in the morning and afternoon, two days a week, from August 29, 2016 to December 15, 2016. The analysis of the variables was performed through Wilcoxon's nonparametric test. Adult and young animals were submitted to heat stress in the afternoon. At the end, it was found differences in the physiological variables of thermoregulation in relation to the time of day, with upper surface and rectal temperatures in the afternoon.
