Regardless of the branch of activities in which organizations are inserted, project management applies to any area and makes all the difference when conducted correctly, bringing positive results. Therefore, the proposed theme for this work is about the great importance to applying project management and the fact that this can be applied in any company. This research seeks to prove, through the use of tools such as MS Project and the analysis of performance indicators, the importance of planning in carrying out projects, demonstrating the advantages of your application to the company, with a focus on structuring of a single scope for various smaller projects to be carried out. This way, management will be evidenced in a "macro" way, where a project is to manage nine smaller projects through a schedule that encompasses the period for which each is completed, performing so the follow-up steps to be met partially. Despite the scope have been carried out, as well as the allocation of deadlines and responsible, certain factors, such as new guidelines in this company, corporate effort in other segments, gaps in administration and resource request, among other external causes, the progress of the projects undertaken, some early, others late, cancelled and the accomplished as the overtime.
