This work is about a memorial which is the result of my years of study in Theater. Here, I talk about my first contact with Exhaustion, how I understand it and the effects it has given me as a person and as an actress. I talk about how I carried out a personal practical research in order to understand the steps that precede Exhaustion and his trance state. I talk about how it provided me with an organic and potent movement through repetition; from my encounter with the work of Jerzy Grotowski, who contributed a lot to my discoveries, which are beyond Exhaustion and Repetition. This research guided me through paths of Self-understanding, Self-care and Self-respect. In addition to the account of personal experience, I also talk about how I developed practical research with a group of non-actors including all of my discoveries.
