Given the current state of vulnerability of the urban space, especially with regard to Social Housing, it is necessary to consider resilience as an adaptive capacity that fights it, reducing / remedying the small and constant impacts that these communities suffer, which are harmful. long-term. In this scenario, the present work is structured from the concept of social resilience and co-production, as well as its impacts on the built environment, having as case study a Set of Social Interest Housing in Uberlândia (MG). The dissertation aims, from theoretical research and application of Post-Occupation Evaluation and Co-productions multimethods, to evaluate resilience indicators in the local context from the perspective of the Engagement attribute, identifying which impacts and qualities determine such resilience. The results mainly indicate that Engagement is a facilitating attribute of resilience in social housing, being relevant for the consolidation of its indicators - Be Part, Share, Communication, Motivation and Safety. It also promotes the importance of resilience as a positive factor in the search for the quality of the built environment, placing co-production as an acting way that increases the community's capacity and resilience. With the obtained results, the research sought to provide prescriptive information directed to Social Housing dwellers through a digital platform, understanding the use of technology as a way to bring information to the community level. Therefore, the present research disserted about the relationship between Resilience and Engagement in Social Housing, as factors that increase the quality of the Built Environment, innovatively developing a (i) Resilience Engagement evaluation metric and a (ii) web platform for the availability of results, with content directed to the user involved, acting as effective strategies to promote more resilient communities.
