Acesso e qualidade da atenção a saúde de mulheres lésbicas e bissexuais: uma revisão sistemática integrativa

The doctrinary principles of universality, integrality and equity of Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) guaranteed by federal law 8.080/1990 are not completely fulfilled in the reality of health services, mostly when it refers to vulnerable people. Lesbians and bisexual women have vulnerabilities for being a woman and not fitting heteronormative pattern, based on that, they have their sexual, reproductive and individual rights breached on health context. This study is a integrative systematic review complemented with documental review. The objective was to identify through methodology process which are the main difficulties faced by lesbians and bisexual women in health services and what have been done to change inequality scenario. It concludes that lesbians and bisexual woman have their rights breached, limited access to health services, lack of quality in medical care and suffer discriminations and violence that depart from the health professionals themselves inside institutions. In addition, even with the institution of public health such as the Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Transexuais e Travestis – LGBT and the Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher – PNAISM, there is little or no governmental support to change the practical conjuncture of prejudices, violence and lack of access.
