Resumo: This work has the aim of estimating, producing and evaluating an asymmetric three phase motor by one phase supplied in order to be used in rural communities. It is used an existing theoretical basis with EXCEL and the VISUAL BASIC to it estimations these tools are public domain and present an easy result show. The model was built from a conventional three-phase motor only changing the phase coinding the phase number and the assistance of capacitor. It evalution was made inside an irrigation system working at real time. Though electrical measurements, this asymmtric three-phase motor model perfomance proved being good, reaching it purpose.

Para o dimensionamento foi utilizada a base teórica já existente anexado ao EXCEL e VISUAL BASIC, por apresentarem domínio público e fácil visualização dos resultados. O protótipo foi construído a partir do motor trifásico convencional alterando-se apenas o número de espiras nas fases e auxiliado por um capacitor. A sua avaliação foi realizada em um sistema de irrigação em condições reais de trabalho.
