Racism operates in society in multifaceted and complex ways. Sport fits into this scenario by providing an area of ​​high visibility in which the prowess of black athletes, built through their dedication and training, can simultaneously offer apparent success while 'racialized' bases and stereotypes remain. Consequently, a discourse emerges in sport that segregates one elected group from another, which ends up being exponentially increased due to various issues such as the identifications and consequent rivalries, the feeling of competition and passions that are inherent in worldwide sport, forming, thus, a parallel code of conduct that incorporates a form of “joke” rather than rejecting it, alienating an increasing number of black athletes. Therefore, it is urgent to seek to exercise internally, in the Federations and Entities of Sports Practice, and externally, through a synergistic and contiguous action of the Sports Justice, a force to combat racist attitudes aiming at reconciling the sport with its basic and fundamental principle, that is, to be the sport a means of union, exchange of experiences, entertainment and respect. It is noteworthy in the present work that racism and racial discourses are, by their very nature, volatile and adapt to new circumstances, not being restricted to the sports environment, and also a consequence of a behaviour rooted in society, which is simply reproduced in sports.
