Vaccines have been used as a measure of disease control since the early nineteenth century, which means one of the factors of health promotion and disease prevention. In Brazil, the institutionalization of public vaccination policies led to the creation of the National Immunization Program (PNI), whose mission is the control, eradication and elimination of immunopreventable diseases. This study aimed to evaluate double vaccines for adults (dT), triple viral hepatitis B from the city of Uberlândia - MG from the years of 2013 to 2017, evaluating the immunity of the adult population over the years. DATASUS SIPNI (Information System of the National Immunization Program), extracted in April 2018. Vaccination showed high levels of incomplete vaccines of the study population: Double Adult 57.9%, Hepatitis B 59.1% and Triple Viral 51.6%. The study indicates the need to reinforce policies that prioritize the awareness and importance of the immunobiological, in order to contribute to the increase of vaccination coverage in the country. Knowledge of these factors is of fundamental importance for the planning of measures to promote vaccines adapted to the most vulnerable groups.
