Processo de ensino e aprendizagem em uma banda mirim: considerações à luz da abordagem histórico-cultural

This dissertation has as main objective to understand the processes of teaching and learning of music occurred in the Band Mirim "Maestro Elias Antônio Daia" of Ituiutaba - Minas Gerais, from the perspective of historical-cultural psychology, being Vigotski its main exponent. Vygotsky, a Russian psychologist, was born in the late nineteenth century, and participated in a troubled period in the history of Russia: the Revolution of 1917. The main concepts of Vygotsky's theory worked are the psychological functions, covering then the interpsychic and intrapsychic functions, the natural and cultural memory, spontaneous and scientific concepts, elementary and higher psychic functions, the question of mediation, and finally, the two levels of development of the child's learning: the level of real development and the zone of imminent development. In the research the case study is used. Data collection from observations of the Mirim Band tests was performed between August 11, 2015 and April 20, 2017, totaling 12 trials. To record the data, we used Field Diary. It is concluded that in the analysis of the episodes/cuts, through historical-cultural psychology, there is a greater understanding about the teaching and learning processes that involves the practice of the teacher in the classroom.
