Resumo: | It is expected that each year the demand for electrical energy will increase, whether due to the nation's development, industrial activities, or technological advancements. In many nations, this annual increase in energy consumption has been around 2% to 3%, and this rate can be even higher in rapidly developing economies. In Brazil, electrical energy consumption ended 2022 with a growth of 1.5% compared to the previous year, and by 2023, it is expected to reach a level of 2.3% [1]. Therefore, it is mandatory that the electrical system, whether in the generation, transmission, or distribution sector, guarantees continuity in the supply of electrical energy to consumers. To measure quality and continuity, continuity indicators such as SAIDI and SAIFI are used. These indicators allow energy companies to monitor the frequency and duration of energy supply interruptions, providing a quantitative view of the level of service provided to consumers. Based on this data, companies can plan infrastructure improvements, implement more effective protection measures, and prioritize investments to minimize disruptions. Therefore, this assignment focuses on evaluating these indicators in an electrical distribution system using the OpenDSS software, implementing a load transfer system through reclosers to minimize the duration of interruptions, ensuring an improvement in continuity indicators. |

Universidade Federal de UberlândiaBrasilEngenharia ElétricaMacedo Junior, José Rubenshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4480967220539652Gondim, Isaque Nogueirahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3923720937771158Barra, Pedro Henrique Aquinohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/8122071734592793Oliveira, Antonio Augusto Ananias2023-12-05T19:51:39Z2023-12-05T19:51:39Z2023-11-16info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisapplication/pdfOLIVEIRA, Antonio Augusto Ananias.
