Resumo: Despite the widespread use of mineral fertilizers, some horticulturists still prefer organic fertilizer, although the appropriate organic cultivation is not dangerous here, in which case organic fertilizers are a more rational alternative. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of crops grown with organic fertilizers, when supplemented with doses of organomineral fertilizers. Lettuce seedlings of the Crocantela and Brida varieties of the curly group were produced in expanded polystyrene trays with 200 cells. Organic fertilization was performed with poultry manure at a dose of 2 T ha-1 in total area. In addition, fertilization with branned organomineral fertilizer in formulation 13-13-13, considering the levels of N, P2O5 and K2O, respectively, was performed in doses of 40, 60, 80 and 100% in relation to the recommended dose, in addition to a control without organomineral fertilization. The culture cycle at the jobsite was 66 days until harvest and evaluations were carried out. In the analysis of the results, it was found that the number of leaves per lettuce plant was changed, however, they did not differ between the absence and higher dose of organomineral fertilizer (1.000 kg ha-1). The evaluated biomasses differed between lettuce cultivars, with the cultivar Brida having the lowest root and stem biomass (14,89 and 30,44 g, respectively), and the highest leaf and total biomass (363,23 and 429,76 g, respectively) in relation to the Crocantela cultivar. Only the leaf and total biomass were affected by the doses of the organomineral fertilizer, showing higher values when approximately 50% of the recommended dose was applied. The application of organomineral fertilizers is a viable alternative for the production of curly lettuce Brida and Crocantela.
