Objective: to investigate the level of physical activity and sexual function of Brazilian primiparae during the pandemic caused by SARS-Cov-2. Methods: An observational cross-sectional study was carried out from April 2020 to January 2021. The sample consisted of 104 primiparae. Inclusion criteria were: being pregnant with their first child (primipara), between 16 and 24 weeks of gestation, being of legal age and having access to the internet. The non-participation ones were the presence of bone deformities, muscular and nervous dysfunctions, high-risk and multiple pregnancy. Sexual function was surveyed using the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaire. The volunteers were classified according to their level of physical activity using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) – short version. Data were analyzed in absolute values and percentages and stratified according to the indication of the FSFI questionnaire score for sexual dysfunction (total score less than or equal to 26.5), and by the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 5%. Results: Most primiparous women were sexually active (81%), and 35% of them had a FSFI score indicative of sexual dysfunction, with a lower score in the desire domain, followed by arousal. No correlations were found between the sexual function questionnaire score and the participant's marital status (p=0.96) or her level of physical activity (p=0.19). Most primiparae were considered irregularly active (62%). Conclusion: The SARS-Cov-2 pandemic promoted increased sexual activity but impaired the quality of sexual function, and maintained the level of physical activity among Brazilian pregnant women.
