Resumo: An increasingly competitive scenario among companies in gaining and retaining customers, the number of organizations that seek the treatment of data for the production and visualization of information in support of strategic, tactical and operational decisions is growing. In this context, the objective of this work is to report the implementation of a business intelligence (BI) environment in a nascent collection company, which presented the lack of knowledge of its data regarding the management of the operation in relation to its indicators. With the Business Intelligence process, data exploration started with the construction of information. In addition, the possibility of continuing the construction of other insigths for future analysis was also identified.
