Resumo: | Due to the public health emergency initiated by the spread of the coronavirus and the advancement of the COVID-19 pandemic, Psychology needed to reinvent its action mode in the face of the new social scenario and the demands directed at this professional area. Thereby, this work aims to analyze the clinical and formative learning experience of an undergraduate student in Psychology with Information and Communication Technologies through a mental health attendance project, developed during the COVID-19 pandemic. To this end, the author's experience report in her clinical work was adopted as material for theoretical reflection on the training process in online care in the context of the pandemic, based in research logbooks and written records of clinical supervision. The results demonstrate that emergency care by internet has contributed to lessen the aggravation of patients mental health problems and present an important training field. However, there is a need to specific adaptation for this modality of some procedures in the care process, such as care with confidentiality and the patient's privacy, the emergence of more serious situations from the psychosocial point of view, the clinical management of some situations in the virtual environment, as well as the restructuring of curriculum training. It is concluded that is necessary to discuss and improve clinical methodologies and educationmethodologiesdirected to the psychological support using Information and Communication Technologies, including researches about contents, disciplines and internships in online service in the academic environment that enable and collaborate in the construction of scientific knowledge and its improvement. |
