The formations of the Bauru Group, a unit of the Upper Cretaceous of the Bauru Basin, represent essentially siliciclastic continental deposits from a period in which the climate varied from arid to semi-arid and have a truly diverse fossiliferous content, both for body fossils and for trace fossils. The Adamantina and Marília Formations correspond to the units of the group with the highest ichnofossils record, from activities of plant, invertebrate and vertebrate. However, the vertebrate ichnites, until now, were restricted to coprolites, gastrolytes, eggshells and nests. New ichnofossils from the Triângulo Mineiro are reported for these units, which include several eggshells and a Taenidium from two outcrops of the Adamantina Formation and the first Bauru Group's record of a Dinosauria footprint is presented to the Echaporã Member of the Marília Formation, in the Gurinhatã region. The footprint is attributed to a small theropod dinosaur, compatible with others theropods footprints from Brazilian sedimentary basins of the Cretaceous and with the morphology of the abelisauroids Noasaurids dinosaurs, existing in the Bauru Basin since the Lower Cretaceous and is characterized by the small-size body.
