Resumo: | In welding processes, vision can supply information in inspection and welded joint’s quality, in the parameters’ monitoring, in trajectory correction and even, finally, in the study of the phenomena involved in the process. However, the luminosity/radiation emitted from the weld arc represents a barrier for these studies based in the process visualization. A welding low cost and high flexibility monitoring vision system, called "ViaSolda”, was created in previous works, driving pulsed high power near infrared laser diodes. Thus, the main purpose of this work is the assessment and development of a wireless guided system for mechanized welding, providing a visual-added supervisory system, by the use of near infrared illumination and a low shutter time camera, 1.25 ps (SI-M330), and a welding torch’s positioning remote control, focused in pipe welding. Obtained results made possible ViaSolda’s new prototype valiadation in GTAW, Pulsed GTAW, GMAW with short circuit transference and its derivatives (STT, RMD and CMT), with globular and spray transference, in voltages up to 33 V and currents up to 310 A, pure CO2, Argon + 25% CO2, Argon + 8% CO2 and Argon + 5% O2 gases, in low (30 FPS) or high (300 FPS) speed imaging. The use of a MCU as master device, an encoder IP, the ViaSolda prototype with illumination by optical fiber made possible to visualize the melted pool and its surroundings, wireless control the torch movement, in GMAW welding with short circuit and globular transferences, proving the success of applying wireless systems in welding processes. |
