Resumo: This paper aims to understand all aspects related to transport logistics, focusing on the city of Uberlândia and region. The proposed research project consists of studying transport, being carried out through bibliographical research and personal and empirical observations. Understand all production processes, from planning, execution and storage to the final process. The issue of transport and its different manners, taking all the products, goods or services required from arrival in a particular company or industry to its final destination, the consumer. Understand the whole process of reverse logistics, its characteristics, all factors that are linked to it, always having the intention of obtaining a good quality of services rendered to please the final consumer. For logistics itself is present in our daily lives in both large and small organizations.

O projeto de pesquisa proposto consiste em estudar os transportes, sendo realizado através de pesquisas bibliográficas e observações pessoais e empíricas. Compreender todos os processos de produção, desde o planejamento, a execução e a armazenagem até o processo final. A questão dos transportes e seus diferentes modais, levando todos os produtos, mercadorias ou serviços necessários desde a chegada em uma determinada empresa ou indústria até o seu destino final, o consumidor. Entender todo o processo da logística reversa, suas características, todos fatores que estão ligados ao mesmo, tendo sempre a intenção de obter uma boa qualidade dos serviços prestados para agradar o consumidor final.
