Resumo: The planning and management of a construction site is of fundamental importance in the productivity of a construction. Based on project elaboration of a construction site with its physical elements properly arranged, it is possible to determine the flows during the stages of the work. This allows identifying the waste generated in the processes in order to evaluate and minimize them. The reduction of these wastes may contribute to increasing the efficiency of the construction site, but it is necessary to implement techniques and/or tools that help to reduce these. Therefore, the present study aimed to analyze the influence of the physical arrangement on the flows of a construction site and to propose improvement actions due to the reduction of displacements of materials, equipment and manpower by the use of the spaghetti diagram. In the analyzed site, it was possible to observe reductions of up to 80% at a given displacement. Finally, the results obtained in this work validated the method applied, regarding the waste reduction from flows in the construction site.

Levando em consideração a elaboração do projeto de um canteiro, com seus elementos físicos dispostos adequadamente, é possível determinar os fluxos durante as etapas da obra e identificar os desperdícios gerados nos processos, para consequentemente poder avaliá-los e minimizá-los. Tendo em vista que a diminuição desses desperdícios colabora para o aumento da eficiência do canteiro, se faz necessário a implantação de técnicas e/ou ferramentas que auxiliem na sua redução. Sendo assim, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a influência do arranjo físico nos fluxos de um canteiro de obra e propor ações de melhoria em função da redução dos deslocamentos de materiais, equipamentos e mão de obra pelo uso do diagrama espaguete. No canteiro analisado, foi possível observar reduções de até 80% em um determinado deslocamento.
