Resumo: This research aimed to transform an autobiographical story, starting from the perspective and memories of fourteen family members, into a work of Visual Arts. The theoretical project's objective emerged from the exploration of bibliographical references related to maternity, feminism, and creativity, with the aim of understanding the role of women in visual arts, both as artists and as portrayed individuals. Through a fusion of these references with family interviews, it resulted in an illustrative, textual, and installation-based artistic project. To achieve this production goal, it was necessary to revisit theoretical studies and artistic productions developed during undergraduate studies with a theme similar to this work. Additionally, discussions with faculty and students were conducted to foster creativity and broaden perspectives on possibilities in individual artistic production.
