In adolescence, a vortex of bodily expressions and Oedipal revivals take place, while the subject tracks the constitution of a body with its own name, with a peculiar entry into the social and symbolic field. Adolescence and sexual violence are themes that have been recently researched in psychoanalytic studies, a theme that moves between punitive law and some analytical space for criticism. The present study aimed to develop a theoretical essay, based on Psychoanalysis, on the adolescent perpetrator of sexual violence, based on news published in the journalism media network on the subject and their respective comments. The findings of this work pay attention to the way in which the adolescent subject is inserted in the social discourse as to how to constitute a body with its own name. Legal knowledge is a complementary element in the construction of social discourse and approaches violence based on the binary concept of aggressor/victim. The processes of exclusion and marginalization are combined with those of subjectivation; there is a weight on this teenager that favors their exile from the social structure, which can be reinserted over the price of pathologization and/or criminalization. The adolescent who commits sexual violence, then, is in this scenario as one who responds to the Other with confrontation, in conflict with the law. It is from these signifiers that adolescents are described and reported, with scripts of masculinity that result in oppressive and oppressive sexuality aspects. There are male adolescents who commit an infraction analogous to rape: sexual violence. However, before sexual violence, there is a male subject, crossed and perpetrated by the values and customs of their culture; and before the male subject, there is the adolescent subject, operating in his own place to try to guarantee what comes before he is an adolescent: his status as a subject.
