In the fast develop of the civil construction market, the concern with more productive constructions involving the aspects of quality and sustainability in order to show optimized schedules and cost, directed the considerable growth in the importance of management tools and adoption of innovative construction systems in recent years. With the labour market becoming increasingly demanding and competitive, updates were required as in the way of conceiving and execution of constructions as in adopting building methods more efficient such as planning and project management. This present work aims to show the on-site moulded concrete walls system from a wide perspective starting since initial conception in to management of project. Within this framework, will be approaching the main fundamentals of wall concrete systems, the materials used, as well as the steps involved in the execution process, viability analysis and the project management tools applied direct in the industrialized construction.
