Resumo: Tomatoes are among the most cultivated and consumed vegetables in the world. There are several fertilization recommendations for the crop, but with the emergence of new genotypes, further studies are needed to characterize the nutritional demand for these materials. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the nutrient absorption rate in the development and production of tomato genotype 4566 at different stages of its cycle. The test was conducted in an experimental area belonging to the Nunhems Seed Company, Uberlândia - MG. The experimental design was randomized blocks with seven treatments and three replications. Each treatment corresponded to a sampling period, performed at intervals of 14 days after transplantation (DAT), being 14, 28, 42, 56, 70, 84 and 98 DAT. The genotype used was 4566, which is under development. carried out were: total dry mass, dry mass of leaves, dry mass of stems, dry mass of fruits, number and weight of fruits. The determination of macronutrient and micronutrient contents was made in the different organs of the plants (leaves, stems and fruits) and in whole plants. The dry matter of plants, the total amounts of nutrients absorbed by the vegetative part (leaves + stem) and by the fruits of the tomato genotype 4566 and the daily biomass gain vary at different times of collection after transplanting. The tomato dry matter peak occurred at 70 DAT, when 590.97 g plant-1 was obtained. The highest daily biomass gain in plants was observed between 56 and 70 DAT, with an accumulation of 27.58 g plant-1. The accumulation of macro and micronutrients in decreasing order in leaves + stems and fruits was, respectively: N> Ca> K> Mg> P> S - Fe> Mn> Zn> B> Cu and K> N> P> Ca> Mg> S - Fe> Zn> Cu> B> Mn. The accumulation of nutrients in the whole plant was respectively: N> K> Ca> P> Mg> S - Fe> Zn> Cu> B> Mn.
