Innovation has become one of the main aspects in the business environment of the 21st century, with innovation in the supply chain being one of the highlights. With technological evolution and globalization, supply chain management has become more complex and challenging, suggesting new solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, improve efficiency and ensure product quality. Although innovation in the supply chain is an emerging aspect in the business context, some have reached advanced degrees of development. In contrast to these tests, other sectors did not show the same degree of development, becoming an exploration gap. One of the sectors that understands this gap is agribusiness. Thus, the general objective of this research is to explore how the agribusiness company innovates in its supply chain. For this, the present research was carried out in a case study format to evaluate innovation in the supply chain of an agribusiness company. Data were collected through interviews with five people, analysis of eight documents and a logbook. After collection, data were triangulated to ensure the validity and reliability of the study. Data analysis was performed using two techniques, content analysis and data mining, with the aim of responding to propositions that evaluate innovation in the supply chain. As main results, we can highlight the identification of drivers and enablers of innovation in the supply chain and explore these aspects in the supply chain of an agribusiness company. The results indicate that the drivers are in the development stage and that the enablers are positively influencing innovation in the supply chain. Although the results found are consistent and followed, some were observed, such as lack of generalization of results due to the case study format and lack of control over independent variables. Future research can explore these independent variables that influence innovation in the agribusiness supply chain, analyze the use of emerging technologies and investigate innovative business models to improve the sustainability and profitability of the sector.
