The objective of this work is to describe a maintenance plan for the high-voltage (three-phase-AC) and low-voltage (three-phase AC) electrical system of a company based in the industrial district of Uberlandia. The high voltage system starts with a feeder of 13.8 KV derived from an aerial network of the concessionaire, substation of the same voltage and electrical lighting system and low voltage induction motors at 380 volts. The maintenance plan consists in a hall inspection of electrical maintenance and its descriptions as well as the description of the management system to ensure the quality and maximum operational availability of the equipment of the industry. These are instrumental predictive inspections and not instrumented and predictive according to a classification of equipment importance. Each inspection sheet is composed of the technical description of how it should be carried out, materials, tools and equipment to be used, periodicity, safety description to be applied during inspection and field for other observations. In addition, there is a description of a management system for quality assurance and work safety using competent engineering. The management system involves the basic pillars of maintenance of a competent maintenance with appropriation and analysis of maintenance indices as factor of availability, stop index, costs, and others.
