The increase of competitiveness in the construction market have made planning and construction management indispensable. The construction site project optimizes the services and increases the productivity of the work allowing a greater control of the construction. Thus, the main objective of this study is to elaborate a project of construction site observing the normative guidelines and recommended methodologies. For that, it was carried out a case study of a vertical building in the city of Uberlandia determining the support and living areas of the site, elaborating the layout and studying the materials flows in the work. Based on these steps the construction site project was elaborated identifying the necessary parameters, required standards and precautions to be taken before the execution of the construction site.
