The present academic study article presented as conclusion paper seeks to contribuite, as a briefing discussion, within a data captures by using a 360-degree Camera Mobile Mapping System – MMS, to process and generate georeferences dataimages of houses in Bagagem, Iraí de Minas/MG, than add them to a cartografic base. This geografic frame of reference consists in a useful tool to management and decision making process, since it brings the possibility to view data prospects around the houses, and also the neighborhood´s evolution beyond time. The Mobile Mapping System (MMS) is a mobile platform with a motor vehicle that receives through diferente types of sensors of mapping, navigation, position, measurement, and image aquisition that are integrated into a system that produces georeferences dataimages of the places it passes through. These urban areas are doomed to constant human interventions, facing to continuous transformations from improvements carried out by municipal management til private works such as construction os revonations of the houses that makes part of those Spaces. However, by the unmonitored growth, peripherical urban areas end up suffering from irregular occupations that results in a decrease of municipal tax abatement. As alternative to include these informal urban areas of aglomerations in to a legal property system, the Urban Land Regularization (Reurb) is presented. These Regularization covers both land and urban, social and environmental aspects, seeking to provide the legalization of informal settlements, synchronizing georeferenced topographic data with social information.
