This work is composed by a propositional curation that uses the artist book as a support and has artists graduating from the Visual Arts course at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) as guests to participate. Starting with the research and analysis of the emergence and consecration of the artist book as a work of art, whose importance has grown over the years, especially in Brazil, and the observation of the appearances of this type of work in national and international artistic exhibitions, this research develops a proposition that brings these two subjects together. In it, several students from the UFU Visual Arts course were encouraged to create works based on existing books, which culminated in an exhibition held at the university itself, at the Laboratório Galeria Aquário. Thus, bringing the diversity present within the university and fostering interest in curating as a possibility for professional activity.
