Resumo: In an age of commodificatin of nature, is perceived the use of tricks to satisfy the destruction of traditional and sustainable culture and, in turn, justify the exploratory methods of profit science, mainly when referring to transgenic monoculture. All destruction of the nature is accompanied by cultural destruction. So, was tried, in this production, to deconstruct the dogma of infallibility of monocultural transgenic science and promoting an awareness of one reality where quality criteria are being replaced by criteria of productivity and quantity. Sought, in this way, be demonstrate the need to think about life's culture. Was applied the approach method deductive, the procedure method monographic and theory base complex systemic with fundament on Capra and Morin.

Toda destruição da natureza é acompanhada por destruições culturais. Assim, intentou-se, nesta produção, se desconstruir o dogma da infalibilidade da ciência monocultural transgênica e promover a conscientização de uma realidade onde critérios de qualidade estão sendo substituídos por critérios de produtividade e quantidade. Buscou-se, dessa forma, demonstrar a necessidade de se pensar em uma cultura da vida.
