Neste trabalho, objetivamos investigar os sentidos da festa de Sant?Ana do Inha? (Distrito de Diamantina/MG) para sujeitos da experi?ncia. Na aten??o a diferentes modalidades de sentido (de pertencimento, relacionais, religiosos, econ?micos), o intuito ? delimitar elementos essenciais da festa para essa comunidade rural. De modo a aprender nuances das m?ltiplas viv?ncias implicadas na festa enquanto fen?meno, adotamos a Fenomenologia Cl?ssica (Husserl, Stein e Ales Bello) como referencial te?rico-metodol?gico. Temas fundamentais para a pesquisa s?o desenvolvidos no referencial adotado: elementos essenciais das festas tradicionais; as rela??es entre tempo sagrado e tempo profano, espa?o sagrado e espa?o profano; as vincula??es entre experi?ncia religiosa e devo??o a santos no catolicismo popular brasileiro; as especificidades das viv?ncias comunit?rias e das comunidades religiosas. Para a coleta de dados, realizamos pesquisa de campo no Inha? durante e ap?s as celebra??es em homenagem a Sant?Ana no ano de 2019. Selecionamos intencionalmente sete sujeitos que compartilharam conosco suas viv?ncias em rela??o ? festa, alguns de forma presencial e outros de forma virtual. Colhemos relatos que foram transcritos, textualizados e analisados fenomenologicamente segundo as diretrizes de Van der Leeuw. Com esse m?todo de an?lise, buscamos identificar especificidades das elabora??es pessoais e captar elementos compartilhados, tendo como meta delinear como a comunidade do Inha? vive a festa de Sant?Ana de modo t?pico. Sendo a pesquisa focada nas elabora??es dos sujeitos da experi?ncia, optamos, neste trabalho, por apresenta-las antes dos di?logos te?ricos, de modo a valorizar os resultados da pesquisa. Essas elabora??es versam sobre sentidos da festa que indicam especificidades de viv?ncias temporais, espaciais, religiosas, comunit?rias e de pertencimento. A festa suscita a viv?ncia de um tempo forte e a elabora??o sobre as distin??es entre o antigamente e o agora, entre o espa?o sagrado da f? e o espa?o profano da rua. Alguns exaltam a expans?o das atra??es profanas atraem um p?blico maior de jovens e movimentam a economia local. Outros lamentam o esvaziamento do espa?o sagrado e temem pela continuidade da festa se ela perder seu ponto maior. Mesmo divergindo diante dessa tens?o em rela??o ao modo como a festa se divide, devotos e n?o devotos reconhecem a centralidade de Sant?Ana na constitui??o da festa, bem como enfatizam o quanto festejar ? ocasi?o de encontros e reencontros. Nos diversos modos de elaborar sentidos da festa, aparece como participar dela se enra?za em participar da comunidade. Na discuss?o dos resultados com produ??es sobre outras festas religiosas mineiras, observamos como as rela??es das m?ltiplas viv?ncias implicadas em celebra??es populares se mostram semelhantes, com um aspecto de resist?ncia enquanto manifesta??o cultural. Conclui-se que os v?rios sentidos apreendidos apontam para a festa como viv?ncia de re-uni?o comunit?ria. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncias Humanas, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2021.Studies that address popular culture and religiosity of rural communities can reveal how these phenomena intertwine in a unique and powerful way, allowing a better understanding of how part of the Brazilian population lives. In this research, we aimed to investigate the senses of the Sant'Ana do Inha? religious festival (Diamantina District / Minas Gerais) in the perspectives of the subjects of the experience. In attention to different modalities of meaning (such as belonging, relational, religious, economic), the aim is to delimit essential elements of the party for this rural community. In order to learn nuances of the multiple experiences involved in the festivity as a phenomenon, we adopted Classical Phenomenology (Husserl, Stein and Ales Bello) as a theoretical-methodological framework. Fundamental themes for research are developed in the framework adopted: essential elements of traditional festivals; the relationship between sacred time and profane time, sacred space and profane space; the links between religious experience and devotion to saints in Brazilian popular Catholicism; the community experiences and religious communities specificities. For data collection, we conducted a field research in Inha? during and after the celebrations in honor of Sant'Ana in 2019. We intentionally selected seven subjects who shared their experiences with us regarding the party, some in person and others in a virtual way. We collected reports that were transcribed, textualized and analyzed phenomenologically according to the guidelines of Van der Leeuw. With this method of analysis, we sought to identify specifics of personal elaborations and capture shared elements, with the goal of outlining how the community of Inha? experiences the Sant'Ana festival in a typical way. Since the research is focused on the elaborations of the subjects? experience, we chose, in this research, to present them before the theoretical dialogues, in order to increase the value of research results. These elaborations deal with the meanings of the festivity that indicate specificities of temporal, spatial, religious, community and belonging experiences. The festivities elicit the experience of a strong time and the elaboration on the distinctions between the old and the now, between faith sacred space and the street profane space. Some extol the expansion of profane attractions that gather a larger audience of young people and boost the local economy. Others regret the emptying of the sacred space and fear for the continuity of the party if it loses its main point. Even though they diverge in the face of this tension in relation to the way the party is divided, devotees and non-devotees recognize the centrality of Sant'Ana in the festivity constitution, as well as emphasize how much celebrating is an occasion for meetings and reunions. In the different ways of elaborating the senses of the festival, it appears as participating in it and takes root in participating in the community.In the discussion of the results with productions about other religious festivals in Minas Gerais, we observed how the relationships between the multiple experiences involved in popular celebrations are similar, with an aspect of resistance as a cultural manifestation. It was concluded that the various senses apprehended point to the party as an experience of community re-union.
