O trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de determinar doses de NPK para M. oleifera, bem como n?veis cr?ticos de N, P e K na parte a?rea das plantas e de P e K no solo. O experimento foi conduzido a campo em LATOSSOLO VERMELHO distr?fico em S?o Jo?o Evangelista ? Minas Gerais e organizado em um delineamento em blocos casualizados em esquema fatorial fracionado (4x4x4)?/? com quatro blocos de oito unidades. As doses de nutrientes aplicadas foram: N (0; 40; 80 e 160 kg ha-? de N), P (0; 45; 90 e 180 kg ha-? de P2O5) e K (0; 20; 40 e 80 kg ha-? de K2O). Adotou-se o espa?amento de 1,0 m x 6,0 m (16.666 plantas ha-?) em cultivo n?o irrigado com colheitas da parte a?rea das plantas a cada 60 dias a partir do plantio das mudas. Os dados de incremento em di?metro do caule, produtividade de mat?ria fresca e seca da parte a?rea, teor, conte?do e coeficiente de utiliza??o biol?gica de N, P e K foram agrupados em tr?s per?odos (1? semestre: 0-6 meses; 2? semestre: 7-12 meses; e ano 1: 0-12 meses) e submetidos ? an?lise de regress?o. Aos 6 e 12 meses de cultivo foi realizada uma amostragem de solo (0-0,20 m) para determina??o dos teores de P e K (Mehlich-1). Nestas ocasi?es uma amostra composta da mat?ria seca da parte a?rea foi utilizada para determina??o dos teores de N, P e K no tecido vegetal. A produtividade da mat?ria seca da parte a?rea acumulada de plantas de M. oleifera foi influenciada apenas pelas doses de N. A produtividade de m?xima efici?ncia econ?mica ap?s um ano de cultivo foi de 9.324,3 kg ha-? para mat?ria fresca e 1.875,6 kg ha-? para mat?ria seca, obtidas respectivamente com as doses de 37,6 e 36,3 kg ha-? de N. Os n?veis cr?ticos de N, P e K nas folhas de M. oleifera para o primeiro ano de cultivo foram de 3,44 dag kg-? para N, 0,45 dag kg-? para P e 2,40 dag kg-? para K. A ordem de ac?mulo nutricional na parte a?rea de M. oleifera ap?s o primeiro ano de cultivo foi N > K > P, sendo verificada uma extra??o anual de 65,24 kg ha-? para N, 7,87 kg ha-? para P e 42,66 kg ha-? para K. (Moringaceae) is a medium-sized tree species, originally from the Himalayas region and ha sbeen known and cultivated for millenia for its nutritional and medicinal Properties that give it multiple uses. The objective of this scientific research was to determine NPK recommended rates for M. oleifera, as well as critical levels of these nutrients in the shoots of plants and P and K in the soil. The experiment was carried out in the field in a Rhodic Hapludox in S?o Jo?o Evangelista - Minas Gerais and organized in a randomized block design in a fractional factorial scheme (4x4x4)?/? with four blocks of eight units. The rates of nutrients applied were: N (0; 40; 80 and 160 kg ha-? of N), P (0; 45; 90 and 180 kg ha-? of P2O5) and K (0; 20; 40 and 80 kg ha-? of K2O). A spacing of 1.0 m x 6.0 m (16,666 plants ha-?) was adopted in a non-irrigated crop, with shoots harvested every 60 days after the seedlings were planted. Data on stem diameter increment, shoot fresh and dry matter productivity, content, accumulation and biological utilization coefficient of N, P and K were grouped into three periods (1st semester: 0-6 months; 2nd semester: 7-12 months; and year 1: 0-12 months) and subjected to regression analysis. At 6 and 12 months of cultivation, soil sampling (0-0.20 m) was performed to determine P and K (Mehlich-1) levels. On these occasions, a sample composed of the dry matter of the shoot was used to determine the levels of N, P and K in the plant tissue. The productivity of accumulated shoot dry matter of M. oleifera plants was influenced only by N rates. The maximum economic efficiency yield after one year of cultivation was 9,324.3 kg ha-? for fresh matter and 1,875.6 kg ha-? for dry matter, obtained with doses of 37.6 and 36.3 kg ha-? of N, respectively. The critical levels of N, P and, K in the leaves of M. oleifera for the first year of cultivation were 3.44 dag kg-? for N, 0.45 dag kg -? for P and 2.40 dag kg-? for K. The order of nutritional accumulation in the aerial part of M. oleifera after the first year of cultivation was N > K > P, with an annual extraction was 65.24 kg ha-? for N, 7.87 kg ha-? for P and 42.66 kg ha-? for K.
