Resumo: | The adaptation and improvements in the position of work of the operator have been the concern of the ergonomics that seeks to the preservation of the human being integrity physical, mental and social. Researches developed through ergonomic evaluations and anthropometrics they contribute to give subsidies for new projects and redesigns of machines and equipments. The present work had for objective was to evaluate the anthropometric measures of the Brazilian workers' sample that operate the machines of wood crop and to ergonomically evaluate the cab of three models of " Feller-Bunchers " used in harvesting operations of Eucalyptus, with relationship to the dimensions of the internal project of the cab, positioning of commands and instruments, access to the work position, seat, levels of emitted noises - internal and external -, with the purpose of lifting information for redesign of the cab. A rising was also accomplished, through questionnaire, of the opinion of operators on the ergonomic aspects of the crop machines used and of the symbols of the commands. The analyses were accomplished in machines operating in areas of wood crop belonging to a forest company, located in the district of Santa Bárbara, State of Minas Gerais - Brazil. The evaluate anthropometric measures of the operators was accomplished by two groups of measures, one in foot and another sat down. For the ergonomic evaluation and measures of the positioning of the command and vision field they were certain the distances of the same ones starting from the seat reference point (SRP) in the three dimensions (x, y and z). In agreement with the obtained results it can be concluded that the measures anthropometrics of the brazilian operators dem- onstrates differences, significantly smaller, in comparison with the one of operators of countries more developed where these machines are manufactured. It is also that there is need of ergonomic improvements in the following ergonomic aspects: Access the cab - access difficulty in function of the lack of supports and estrangement of steps. Intends better distribution of the steps and stems, at least three points, for support. Seat - difficulty of fittings and disconformity s of measures. They intended fittings of easy handling for adaptation to each operator and the measures anthropometrics of the operator s measures. Controls - differentiation difficulty for action controls in the night period without the visual accompaniment. Intended alteration of controls for category of activities in what tells respects the form and material. Control panel - controls, display cases and warning lights out of the area of great and maxim vision of the operator. Intended panel of controls and display cases with distribution ordered by task and logic of operational sequence in the limits of the areas of great and maximum vision reach. Symbols and nomenclature of commands - difficulty of understanding of the symbols and we have in English used for identification of controls, display cases and warning lights. They intended simple forms and clear language in the proposition of nomenclatures to guarantee the reading reliability and understanding. The noise levels inside of the cabs, emitted in the analyzed cases, they were inferior to the limit of 85 dB (A), for eight hours of daily exhibition, established for NR-15, for all the crop operations. For the collection of information of the operators, the methodologies of analysis anthropometrics and questionnaires were capable to need a satisfactory rising in what concerns the grouping of data for analyses like this, in the same way, for the one of analysis of the cabs. |

Pesquisas desenvolvidas através de avaliações ergonômicas e antropométricas contribuem para dar subsídios para novos projetos e redesigns de máquinas e equipamentos. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo realizar análise antropométrica da amostra de trabalhadores brasileiros que operam as máquinas de colheita de madeira e avaliar ergonomicamente a cabine de três modelos de Feller-Bunchers , quanto ao dimensionamento do projeto interno das cabines, posicionamento de comandos e instrumentos, acesso ao posto de trabalho, assento, níveis de ruídos emitidos interno e externo, com a finalidade de levantar informações para o redesenho da cabine. Também foi realizado um levantamento, através de questionário, da opinião de operadores sobre os aspectos ergonômicos das máquinas de colheita utilizadas e da simbologia dos comandos. As análises foram realizadas em máquinas operando em áreas de colheita de madeira pertencentes a uma empresa florestal, localizada no município de Santa Bárbara, Estado de Minas Gerais. A avaliação antropométrica dos operadores foi realizada por dois conjuntos de medidas, uma em pé e outra sentado. Para a avaliação ergonômica e mensuração do posicionamento dos órgãos de comando e campo de visão foram determinadas as distâncias dos mesmos a partir do ponto de referência do assento (PRA) nas três dimensões (x, y e z). De acordo com os resultados obtidos pode-se concluir que as medidas antropométricas dos operadores brasileiros demonstram diferenças, significativamente menores, em comparação com a de operadores de paises mais desenvolvidos onde são fabricadas estas máquinas. E também que há necessidade de melhorias ergonômicas nos seguintes aspectos ergonômicos: Acesso a cabine dificuldade de acesso em função da falta de apoios e distanciamento de degraus. Melhor distribuição dos degraus e hastes, no mínimo três pontos para o apoio; Assento dificuldade de ajustes e desconformidade de medidas. Recomendação e adequação às medidas antropométricas dos operadores mensurados com relação a regulagem e ajustes. Controles dificuldade de diferenciação para acionamento de controles no período noturno sem o acompanhamento visual. Alteração de controles por categoria de atividades no que diz respeito a forma e material. Painel de controle controles, mostradores e luzes de advertência fora da área de ótima e máxima visão do operador. Distribuição ordenada do painel e mostradores por tarefa e lógica de seqüência operacional nos limites das áreas de ótimo e máximo alcance de visão. Simbologia e nomenclatura de comandos dificuldade de entendimento dos símbolos e termos em inglês utilizado para identificação de controles, mostradores e luzes de advertência. são necessárias formas simples e linguagem clara para garantir a confiabilidade de leitura e entendimento. Os níveis de ruído dentro das cabines, emitidos nos casos analisados, foram inferiores ao limite de 85 dB (A), para oito horas de exposição diária, estabelecido pela NR-15, para todas as operações de colheita.
