Germinação de sementes de crotalária e de alface com o preparado homeopático de ácido giberélico

Resumo: The effect of gibberellic acid ultradiluted (dynamizations 1CH to 12CH) on germination of lettuce and sunn hemp seeds was evaluated. The sunn hemp seeds were stored in cold chamber per one year and kept for six months under refrigeration before receiving homeopathic preparations in the water from imbibition during two hours. After that the seeds were placed on a germitest sheet of paper inside the gerbox and humidified with 0.7 mL of distilled water. The boxes were arranged in germination chamber (B.O.D.) with constant temperature of 25°C receiving 16 hours from illumination and 8 hours without light per five days. The countings of the germinated seeds were done daily. The data of germination and germination speed index were submitted to analysis of variance and means test (Dunnett 5%). The seeds of lettuce, Regina variety, were stored per one year in cold chamber before artificial aging. It was applied 0.4 mL of each homeophatic preparation in 40.0 mL of distilled water in gerbox. After 72 hours, 41°C, in dark, the 100 seeds of 14 boxes were divided in five replications of 20 seeds and placed on a humidified germitest sheet of paper with 7.0 mL of distilled water in gerbox. The boxes were placed randomly in B.O.D. 20°C during six days and countings of germinated seeds were done daily. The data of germination and of germination speed index were submitted to analysis of variance and means test (Dunnett 5%). The sunn hemp seeds were revigorated by the effect of homeophatic preparations of gibberellic acid (1CH, 4CH and 11CH). The seeds of lettuce aged artificially received the information from the homeopatic chemical preparation through hot water steam and the vigor was preserved as an effect of gibberellic acid 11CH.

As sementes de crotalária foram armazenadas em câmara fria por um ano e guardadas por seis meses fora da refrigeração com a finalidade de receber os preparados homeopáticos na água de embebição durante duas horas. Em seguida as sementes foram dispostas sobre uma folha de papel germiteste contido em caixa gerbox e umedecido com 0,7 mL de água destilada. As caixas foram dispostas ao acaso em câmara de germinação (B.O.D.) com temperatura constante de 25°C recebendo 16 horas de iluminação e 8 horas sem luz por cinco dias. As contagens das sementes germinadas foram feitas diariamente. Os dados de germinação e do índice de velocidade de germinação foram submetidos à análise de variância e ao teste de média, Dunnett 5%. As sementes de alface, variedade Regina, foram armazenadas por um ano em câmara fria e usadas no envelhecimento artificial. Foi aplicado 0,4 mL de cada preparado homeopático em 40,0 mL de água destilada, contida em caixa gerbox usada no envelhecimento. Após 72 horas, a 41°C, no escuro 100 sementes contidas em cada uma das 14 caixas foram divididas em cinco repetições com 20 sementes sobre uma folha de papel germiteste umedecido com 7,0 mL de água destilada contidos em caixa gerbox. As caixas foram dispostas aleatoriamente em B.O.D. a 20°C durante seis dias e a contagem do número de sementes germinadas foi feita diariamente. Os dados de germinação e índice de velocidade de germinação foram submetidos à análise de variância e ao teste de média, Dunnett 5%. As sementes de crotalária foram revigoradas pelo efeito dos preparados homeopáticos de ácido giberélico (1CH, 4CH e 11CH).
