O setor agroexportador brasileiro e os investimentos diretos externos no contexto da integração MERCOSUL/UE

Having the constitution perspective of MERCOSUL/UE agreement with the possibility of the business strength between the blocks, we analized by the creation esteem and the business detour to the Brazilian agroexport sector the possible gains in four alternative sceneries of integration. It was used a model of partial balance, which the results to the four levels of tariff reduction confirmed the expectations that the MERCOSUL/UE integration would provide significant business gains t the Brazilian agrobusiness. Beside that, the estimation of business creation were in the majority of the simulations higher to the business detour, showing the productive efficiency and cmpetity of the Brazilian agroexport sector in the word wide economy. It was also stimulated a datum model in panel with fixed effects explain the European investments in Brazil, that become evident the importance f the traditional factors as the economy size, the production costs and the rank of the economy opening of the countries to explain the flux of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the Brazilian economy. The variable of bigger positive influence in the FDIs flux was the brute internal product (BIP). The rank of the economy opening affected in a positive way the DEI flux, as the Dow Jones index. The tax of the Brazilian inflation was negativity related to the entries of the direct investments of the UE in Brazil, elucidated as an increase indicative of the Brazilian economy instability, reducing the external investments. The variable consumption of electricity energy by the industry was negatively related to the FDI flux, and its increase can be indicating bigger costs of production, not stimulating the direct investments in the country.
