The (re)production of the culture of teachers in the school culture: emics-etics categories in the understanding of the daily actions of teachers

Resumo: The present article is based on a case study and follows a dialogic approach - emic and ethical. The aim of the study was to identify and characterize the emic and ethical categories that emerge in the school culture and in the professional culture of teachers and that have implications in the daily actions of teachers. The collection and construction of data was carried out through Focus Group with teachers from a public school system brazilian. The data point to symbioses of (re)production of professional cultures of teacher in school culture characterized by individualism and professional suffering, collaboration in enclaves, organizational/professional apartheids and presence of a culture of a fighting school.

El estudio tuvo como objetivo, identificar y caracterizar categorías emicas-éticas que emergen en la cultura escolar y profesional docente y que implican en las acciones cotidianas de los profesores. La recolección y construcción de datos se concretó por medio de Focus Group con profesores de una escuela de la red de enseñanza pública de un municipio de una capital de un Estado brasileño. Los datos apuntan a simbiosis en la (re) producción de culturas profesionales docentes en la cultura escolar caracterizadas por individualismo y sufrimiento profesional, colaboración en enclaves, apartheids organizacionales / profesionales y presencia de una cultura de escuela combatiente.L'article suivant  a pour la base une étude de cas et est encadrée dans une approche dialogique ”“ émique et éthique. L'étude a eu comme l'objectif, d’identifier et de caractériser des catégories émiques-éthiques, qui surgissent dans la culture scolaire et professionnelle de l’enseignant et qui ont des conséquences dans les actions quotidiennes des professeurs. Le recueil et la construction des données ont été  réalisés par des Focus Group de professeurs d'une école du réseau de l’enseignement public brésilien. Les données pointent vers des symbioses de (re)production de cultures professionnelles des enseignants dans la culture scolaire caractérisées par l'individualisme et la souffrance professionnelle, la collaboration dans des enclaves, des apartheids organisationnels / professionnels et la présence d'une culture d’école de combat.O presente artigo tem por base um estudo de caso e enquadra-se numa abordagem dialógica - êmica e ética. Teve como objetivo identificar e caracterizar categorias êmicas-éticas que emergem na cultura escolar e profissional docente e que implicam nas ações cotidianas dos professores. A coleta e construção de dados, concretizou-se por meio de Focus Group com professores de uma escola da rede de ensino público brasileiro.
