Resumo: | This study presents the results of a literature and documental review aiming at identifying the possible relationships between the new educational regulations and faculty work in stricto sensu graduate programs in Brazil. This work focuses on CAPES’ (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Level Personnel) evaluation system. Through an analysis of the documents of said research foundation and a literature review of the works presented at the last national meetings of ANPEd (National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education), the goal of this study was to identify the repercussions of the evaluation system of graduate courses on the faculty work in graduate programs. The results indicate that increased work, illnesses, and the dissemination of an academic emphasis on production are some of the trends that have consolidated as changes in the materiality and subjectivity of faculty work. |
