Resumo: These brief notes I propose to show that beyond the interest that many aspects of the writings of Claudio Katz present, in the last two years (2016-2018) that are not few, some of them predominate, despite a desire to destruction of the central foundations of the Marxist theory of dependency (TMD), in particular, referring to the category of super-exploitation, devaluing in addition the unequal exchange and proposing to establish a singular ascription to Juan Íñigo Carrera's proposal on income to explain the underdevelopment of the region.
