Pachukanis in Caracas: international law between legal form and (neo) colonial war

Resumo: The present study intends, in the hot time of politics and with the effort to draft a translation of Pachukanis' work, to bring his contributions to the understanding of the Venezuelan context, in view of the recent (and important) events that took place from Caracas, taken by crisis and turmoil, amid an international scenario of attack by the forces of capital against any leftist organizations or even not aligned with their foreign policy. In this sense, inviting Pachukanis to Venezuela means to analyze the contours of the legal form in crisis in relation to neo (colonial) ties in the field of international law.

In this sense, inviting Pachukanis to Venezuela means to analyze the contours of the legal form in crisis in relation to neo (colonial) ties in the field of international law.El presente estudio tiene la intención, en el clima cálido de la política y con el esfuerzo de esbozar una traducción del trabajo de Pachukanis, de aportar sus contribuciones a la comprensión del contexto venezolano, en vista de los recientes (e importantes) eventos que se sucederan desde Caracas, tomada por crisis y turbulencias, en medio de un escenario internacional de ataque de las fuerzas del capital contra cualquier organización de la izquierda o incluso aquellas que no están alineadas con su política exterior. En este sentido, invitar a Pachukanis a Venezuela significa analizar los contornos de la forma jurídica en crisis en relación con los vínculos neo(coloniales) en el campo del derecho internacional.O presente estudo pretende, no tempo quente da política e com o esforço de esboçar uma tradução da obra de Pachukanis, trazer suas contribuições à compreensão do contexto venezuelano, tendo em vista os recentes (e importantes) acontecimentos que se passaram a partir de Caracas, tomada por crises e turbulências, em meio a um cenário internacional de ataque das forças do capital contra quaisquer organizações de esquerda ou mesmo não alinhadas a sua política externa.
