Resumo: This article is a testimony of the author who, as Deputy Minister for Technical Development, can accompany Ernesto Che Guevara in his moments as Minister of Industries in Cuba, which explains his references and personal appreciations. It is intended to show here the conceptions and consequent actions of Che in the scientific-technological sphere in the Ministry, as well as real problems found and results obtained.
